--- "CONECTION" is the clearest
way to discribe Hansen's art. You can see
the colors and different techniques being
connected, creating a unity, without boundaries
of space and time.
"CONECTION" is combination of
the latin "CON" (with) and "ECTI"
(action movement). These painting are celebration
of movement within.
--- The Gallery is a charming, cozy
little two storey space which complements
the naturalistic spirituality of his paintings.
All elements used in the building's construction
are entirely natural, from the small black
and white stones on the left and right sides
and bamboo logs displayed in the center
and the ceilling, to the earthen walls...

--- Hansen is a pioneer artist of minimalism
painting in Indonesia. His art is a successfull
blend of Eastern and Western influences.
Drawing his inspiration from Eastern symbols
and Chinese calligraphy, Hansen then adds
his own innovative processes to this very
classical discipline....
